Starting from the industrialization of graphic files up to the packaging and shipping of products, BBr oem manages all intermediate processes internally.

BBR OEM production of stiker kits

Progettazione ed elaborazione file

BBr oem, in collaboration with style centers and/or graphic agencies, deals with:

Study and choice of the most appropriate material based on the type of support on which to make the application.
Draw the die contours directly on the vehicle, calculating the overall spaces in relation to the best possible applicability.
Provide a shaped pre-series to verify applicability.
Modify and create overlays on the executive files to make them industrializable based on the type of print and the materials chosen.
Create the systems necessary for definitive silk-screen printing.

Preparation of prototypes for trade fairs or presentations

BBr oem, deals with the printing, cutting and application of any type of prototype to be used for fairs, events, photo shoots or even just for the complete vision of the finished product.
These prototypes are created by us using the best digital printing technologies available on the market.

Production of stickers

BBr oem carries out 100% of the processes within its production site in Genoa, making use of highly specialized personnel with excellent experience in the sector and the best automated screen printing systems.

BBR OEM production of saddle covers

A further service that BBr oem makes available to its customers is the design and industrialization of saddle covers.
The research and development department of this sector constantly works together with all the racing teams supported by us to improve and innovate the materials necessary for the creation of the finished product.
In collaborazione con tutte le più prestigiose società che si occupano della produzione delle selle complete, BBr o.e.m. si può occupare della personalizzazione fornendo le parti laterali stampate sia in materiale antiscivolo che in materiale lucido. Un servizio veramente innovativo che sfrutta le conoscenze tecniche di una azienda grafica applicate ad un prodotto tecnico.

Packaging e controllo qualità

BBr o.e.m può confezionare, anche singolarmente in blister, tutti gli stickers.
I blister possono essere standard o personalizzati, possono essere dotati di etichette con qualsiasi sistema di riconoscimento richiesto dal cliente.
Tutti gli stickers da noi prodotti passano dal reparto controllo qualità e vengono controllati singolarmente, scartando tutti quelli ritenuto non idonei.

Ricerca e sviluppo

Cervello e cuore della BBr o.e.m. è certamente il reparto di Ricerca e Sviluppo strutturato per rispondere in tempo reale a tutte le richieste ed esigenze dei clienti.
Il reparto mantiene stretti contatti con tutti i nostri principali fornitori di materie prime oltre ad essere dotato di tutte quelle attrezzature che permettono l’invecchiamento accelerato dei prodotti finiti per poter, in seguito, certificare una garanzia.
Il reparto ricerca e sviluppo è la vera anima del Gruppo Blackbird, il fiore all’occhiello di un’azienda che ha fatto dell’innovazione il proprio marchio di fabbrica.
