Blackbird Racing also specializes in the production of adhesive kits for all go-kart models on the market. The great professionalism and experience gained in many years of collaboration with the major manufacturing companies has led our company to be a leader in the world market.

technical features

All adhesive kits produced by us are made with multicolored screen printing on the back of the material.
This system guarantees excellent resistance to any type of surface abrasion.

CRYSTALL
We use a crystal produced to our specifications, 0.5 mm thick, made of very flexible and easy to apply polymer plasticizers.

The adhesive positioned on the back is also of our production having been specifically designed for application on polypropylene plastics.
print
The printing is carried out in screen printing with inks with very high resistance to atmospheric agents, very brilliant and well defined in detail. We can use fluorescent inks, silver and gold glitter, and mirror effects of various kinds.
cut
All the kits we produce are cut with electronically controlled flat plotters which guarantee, in addition to excellent precision, also compensation for any expansion of the material itself.
packaging
We can package the kits, upon specific request, also individually. We use a heat-treated plastic system, which in addition to making the product aesthetically pleasing, prevents the individual parts of the kit from moving inside.

B-CROME EFFECT
This printing technique consists in the creation of mirror and chrome effect colours.

IRREDESCENT EFFECT
We can use inks that change the color reflection depending on the refraction of the light itself.
